Hello Explorers! Here's my first motivational walk. Today, I talked about how you could improve your life by setting goals that you can achieve. SUBSCRIBE TO ...
+Matt stephens Thanks Matt. I'm going to try and get out and do more inspirational content, because I do feel that they are a lot of people out there who aren't working towards their goals because of obstacles that they put in their way.
Great Video Darren! It's good to see that you have your "fire" back! I was
a little worried about you when you were "down". What a journey this has
been.Ay?
I think you have not only traveled thousands of miles and explored exotic
places, I think you have discovered yourself as well.
+Nancy Mann My fire is well and truly back! I had a few weeks where the whole YouTube thing was getting me down, but, I've realised that these videos are not for others entertainment but there are my future memories.
Love this! Thanks for the motivation! I plan on embarking on a long trip
around the world sometime before the end of the year and I can't wait! It's
something I've wanted to do for a long time and I know that I need to just
go on and do it! Thanks for being inspiring!
+Miss Mari Thanks for the comment and if you need any advice, just shout. I am planning to do a weekly travel advice video about round the world travel, so watch this space! :)
Great video! I just got back from spending the weekend in Perth. It's so
beautiful there, the sky is so much bluer than Sydney and the beaches are
absolutely stunning. xx
+G from Oz i would have liked to get to Perth, but ran out of time sadly. Can't wait for the Whitsunday's and wow, the Gold coast is amazing, just shot some footage from there today.
It is all about getting out of the comfort zone and do stuff and not
procrastinate about it. I've done that too much and now I realize that life
is short and I want to see the world
Yeah in that way you hopefully are inspiring people to do something and not wait until it is too late. When i start traveling more frequent in the time to come and make videos i want to be an inspiration too for so many reasons. Fact is that my life right now is lame. My anxciety is controlling me here where i live. But i have experienced that when i travel i'm more open to do things i would not bother to do when i'm back home. So i want to show that if I with anxciety and ptsd can travel. so can you if you set your mind to it :)
+Nerdy Explorer I think we're both very much alike, totally the same as you with regard to procrastinating and saying I'm going to do something, but never doing it, until now that is.
+evisulee1 we're all guilty of saying we are going to do something, and then not acting. It depends how much you want to make changes in your life. Not easy!
Really like this video. I'm only 15 years old and i have so many choices
open for what to do in the future and i always find myself questioning if
i'm doing the right thing with my life. It's quite frustrating :(
+Randomly Overpowered it's difficult. When I started to think about quitting my job to travel, I got out a piece of paper and wrote down the advantages and disadvantages. It also helps to prioritise what you want to do in life. The fact that you have a lot of options is great! Good luck.

Nilofer Merchant: Got a meeting? Take a walk
Nilofer Merchant suggests a small idea that just might have a big impact on your life and health: Next time you have a one-on-one meeting, make it into a ...
You people are just worthless. Can you maybe kill yourselves? Thanks.
You actually are so fucking dumb that an aging bimbo with no track record
of anything (except writing a book people did not buy or read) says "take a
walk" and you say "Oh, great idea.clap clap."
Are you that fucking lame????? No need to answer. I already know.
Next topic, "Hey, you know, you should drink some water."
And you reply,
"Oh, my, how creative". "Yeah...or....maybe we can have a lunch meeting
and have water and then walk....oh...how brilliant.”
Again, you are all WORTHLESS.
+Tara Scarcella I believe his point is along the lines of "why the hell is this even a TALK", or "why do you actually need to be reminded to get up and walk???"I can't tell you what is going through his mind exactly, but I'm sure it is clear from his message he thinks people are stupid if they need commons sense reminders. I tend to agree.Tara, should I remind you to use your turn signal and check your blind spot? Or...do you even know how to drive?
+IAmJerkingOff.com I mean, just because the idea of walking more is simple and overlooked doesn't mean it's not worth watching. Sitting is just another mindless activity that no one really thinks about, the whole point of the talk was to bring awareness to your inactivity. It's just a small thing you can do to improve your life. I'll admit not the most creative or in-depth Ted talk, but I wouldn't say its worthless. But maybe I'm wrong, clearly you are the more educated one here, Mr.Iamjerkingoff.com. Maybe appreciating a small reminder to be more active means I need to commit suicide. Please, inform us with more pearls of your infinite wisdom.
