When a non western is vegeterain= their culture and we must respect them. when a western is vegeterian= they're cold and miserable. We have AMAZING veg food in america! and they're a TON of indian restaurants in the US, what is he talking about?

+allegri9clPunjabi is culture of the Punjab region....that culture mainly still retained by people of all religions in Punjab side of India, a big part of Punjab is now in Pakistan, but there it is  being replaced by Islam/Arab cultures...

oh...there are also variations of Punjabis? i didnt know that. So the ones known for lavish weddings, 'balle-balle', oTT parties and all are Muslim Punjabs?? sorry didnt mean to sound offensive with balle balle...

I haven't found a single cuisine that can match with Indian cuisine or even get close to it in terms of variety and taste of vegetarian food.

Yes, I have my man! I haven't yet tried all, but many I did and tend to enjoy them. But here I'm talking about vegetarian cuisines. Many of my Vegan/Vegetarian friends who want to eat out always think of Indian cuisines. That's not a surprise. Even Anthony Bourdain himself thinks of the same!
