Russia (and the rest of the universe) would never allowed independence of Ukraine in the first place if it didn't agree to denuclearize. Would anybody sane give a retarded child a loaded handgun?Also the terms of the agreement was specific about guaranteeing against foreign threats. It didn't stipulate a fascist coup which would start persecution of all political opponents and paramilitary aggression against its own population.Even if Ukraine had a nuclear arsenal, what would it do with it? Launch a nuclear missiles on Russia because the price of gas it cant afford?
