great video animations... but the content is nowhere near the level of animation. You presented a very biased view, you didn't compare them and which one would be better for the individual/company.

What do people mean when they use te term Equity Financing? Can it be used in conjuntion with terms like Stock, Funding Round, or financing event?

Hey, we are 3 founders who bought 60% of the share pool (6.000.000 shares) at $.001 for $6000.00. Investor 1. 40%, Investor 2. 40%, Investor 3. 20%. We want to now raise capital. Can we sell 500.000 shares at $.01 for $5000.00 or do we need to keep it at .$.001. Thanks
