I am making my first cajun turkey today and I am going to use your video for gravy. I love the video you two are kind of cool/funny together as well thank you for the video I am doing my first cajun and deep fried turky so I hope one out of two will be good. Out of my comfort zone this year never did either two so we will see. :-)

I sure hope you folks added a lot of compost to the worse hardest soil ive seen..when you pull potato plant some potatos allways come up because the soil is rich soft and moist..have fun anyway..

I don't get what is it that supposed to make this a Cajun gravy. It just looks like a normal gravy to me.
