@mensacyclist That doesn't really make sense. High fructose corn syrup is
just corn syrup that has undergone natural changes (whether it be in a lab
or not) to make it as sweet as normal sucrose. It is just a much cheaper
alternative to sucrose due to the tariffs on importing it. Sugar, whether
it be sucrose or fructose, is NOT 'toxic' or 'poison'. ANY sugar is bad for
you in high quantities. Moderation is key.

For the first two weeks just to see what you're intake is, and making sure you're eating enough because it's very easy to feel full but still not eating enough calories on this lifestyle. But after two weeks you'll know your diet and eat as much as you care for!

+Claire Eseul If you're eating a vegan diet in abundance with lots of carbs, fruits and some veggies you'll get the protein you need :) I haven't had any problems whatsoever turning onto this lifestyle :)
actually not true for me. Before this diet I put on weight very very easy. Im now very lean and of course my metabolism works quicker because of the exercise and food I eat. Of course some people don't have time to do exercise or the motivation to eat a healthy vegan diet but that doesn't mean just because Im young I have a quick working metabolism, its more to do with your life choices :)
You look very young. All young people have pretty fast metabolism's and can eat anything without getting fat. But for women who have had kids, or older people, its harder to get away with that. Not everyone is the same. Some people are just blessed with being able to eat anything and not gain.
+Brooklyn Azalea OR were just not eating all the animal fats and processed food :) Im not ectomorphic and I eat in abundance without worrying about my weight. Its the vegan lifestyle, you HAVE to eat a lot to get the calories in. :) much love!
