Hey buddy how's everything great video as usual just want to ask a quick
question if I seen correctly are those YFZ 450 front shocks on your banshee
I just recently ordered a pair off eBay that was modded to fit the banshee
is that what u did or ? Do u have some other shocks thanks as allways
Yeah those are the same ones that I just bought the one with the piggyback reservoir hope they fit and go in the way they should with the mod I know they will definitely work better than stock thank you for your input and amazing video as always
+Tommy Ryan the yfz450 shocks i use have a piggyback reservoir on them with two adjustments on top and one on the bottom. Stock banshee shocks are just a spring with no piggyback and no adjustments for hi low speed / rebound.
Yea I have the stock a arms on my bike the yfz450 shocks that I got off eBay where modded for the stock a arms they where on his banshee that he parted out they r in a+ shape they came grinded down so they should not rub but we will see I am going to put them in this week il let u no how it went // one more thing how do u no the difference in the 450 shocks on the banshee over the stock ones I hope it will make a nice difference in the ride thanks for geting back to me
Yes they are YFZ shocks but they are the kind with the high AND low speed adjust off of a special edition YFZ. My front suspension A arms are aftermarket. They are +2 +1 a arms I believe. Not sure who makes them as they came on the quad when I got it but I did all the ball joints will new MOOG joints (made for a mazda/ford courier) so that they would be like new again. I have heard the YFZ shocks will work with the stock arms but it puts them at a weird angle. You just need to grind down your upper shock mount to make it work but the stock ball joints / a arms sit all the way out if you run them. There is an article on it on Banshee HQ with pics I think. You can see my front suspension being rebuilt if you watch my video here: Yamaha Banshee 350 rebuild
am i the only one that doesnt see a difference? And if gopros can already
record at 60fps does that mean that 60fps recording on a gopro was useless
until the update? someone please explain. Also im hearing about monitor
frequesncy having to do with it too like 80hz or w.e all so confusing
Are you watching in 720P 60 or 1080P 60 FPS using the gear icon at the bottom? I have always recorded in 60 fps with my GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition as it is better for fast motion. Even when I was previously exporting to just 30 fps I felt the end result looks better when the original raw footage was shot in a higher resolution than your final resolute. I feel it gives the encoder more information to work with when performing the export.

Quick soda blasting
Just a quick vid of what soda blasting can do. I have a lil cheapo unit from harbor freight, but it does the job.
