Hello, I'm looking to buy my first DA polisher and starting to get into the detailing aspect for my family's cars. I was wondering what would be a good DA machine for beginners like me. I've been doing detailing for the cars by hand so far and I just want to take it a step further using a machine to get better results and efficiency. I have been looking into a Meguiars G110V2 and I got another recommendation for a "Big Foot?". I have been watching your videos, just wanted your opinion. Thanks

Hi Mike, I enjoyed watching your videos and just purchased "The Art Of Detailing" e-book. Gonna read this and spend my time detailing my car every weekend =) If you don't me asking, can "Meguiars D30016 DA Microfiber Correction Compound" remove the layer of wax on my car paint? I'm thinking of getting this to remove the layer of wax on my car in order to remove the swirls. I got my car polished and waxed at a workshop but now i see my car now has swirls caused by polisher... =( Thank you Mike

The easiest DA Polisher to learn how to use AND MASTER is the Porter Cable 7424/Meguiar's G110v2/Griot's Garage DA Polisher. These three are all the same "type" of DA Polisher and I have a lot of articles and videos on how to use them plus a how to book and about 5 DVD's. Check out AutogeekOnline . NET -Mike Phillips

Yes. Any compound or polish will remove the micron thin layer of wax, synthetic paint sealant and most hybrid coatings. -Mike Phillips
