Had a very unfortunate incident with Kenneth Kuo. He sold me a viola representing it online as an Ernst Heinrich Roth. When I receive it, it was a Glaesel viola with Super Sensitive strings on it, and a bow with a broken tip. Ken tried to make amends by fixing the broken tip, but sent it back still broken, and this time, with no hair. In his attempt to fix the tip, he cut off the hair, and wanted to charge me $50 to re-hair the bow. I'm not sure if it's incompetence, lack of knowledge, or lack of ethics that Ken feels he can deal business in this manner. I, very unfortunately, would strongly advise against working with the Connecticut School of Music.
