+bradlie1 Usually the only time it actually saves is after it cuts to black between cutscenes. The save icon can be quite deceiving.

Season 1 saved when you were able to roam area where as this one doesn't so i want to know,if i can save? You just suggested that i should play through the entire thing but i wouldn't have time for that nor would i enjoy it like it. Now here you are giving me "spoilers".

Yeah, once episode 2 fired up, I started feeling bad for thinking Nick was just a straight-up whiny asshole. I realized he needed a second chance, and I feel like he can really redeem himself later on.

I made sure I got Nick killed as fast as possible, hated that guy. He was just another Ben in the group gettin people killed cuz of his reckless behavior. I can't wait to see what happens in the next episode.

The only reason they chose to do that is because the separate groups don't really trust each other. Luke and his group only came because Clem assured them Kenny and his group are fine. If Clem wasn't there; it would probably be a different case.  It also seems apparent that Kenny and Luke don't fit together like a puzzle peace. They're fighting over Clem's trust in my opinion XDDD

+totlyepic They hadn't exactly agreed to live together, Luke's group were planning on leaving in the morning. They hadn't really met all that amicably either, the only reason Luke's group were allowed inside was because Clem and Kenny just happened to know each other. In my eyes it seemed quite awkward in that house, especially between Kenny and Luke. Even if Luke's group were planning on staying for the long haul, it was their first night under that roof. I'd imagine in that scenario it would take a few days for the two groups to warm up to each other and build the confidence to freely eat together and socialize.

Which is not really the same as two groups several years and plenty of experiences into the apocalypse who have met amicably enough to agree to live under the same roof and have dinner "together".  Sitting separately was completely out of line with the sentiment they had been putting forth with this event up to that point.

Actually in survival situations, humans tend to develop very close 'cliques' and have a serious distrust of any group or people outside their survival clique. There was a show on discovery where engineers, athletes and other people were placed in a survival situation and its weird to see the psychological degradation of the human mind as they start believing the show to be a real apocalypse scenario and actually tried to injure other people to survive and especially newcomers.

am i the only one who's disliking this game? i was intrigued when i found out that you play as clemantine when i got this game but im severely dissapointed as theres no conflict that address the fact that you're an 11 year old girl. from what i can tell right now if you replaced clem with an adult the story would still be the same. people are putting way too much burden on a young girl, and it doesnt make sense to me. why would luke choose clem to back him up over the bridge? in what way is that the best decision? not just that but everyone leaves everything up to clem. why would you send a girl alone to look for food in a building while you just sit on your ass? the premise of this game had so much potential but they just didnt deliver. couldve been much better if it actually felt like you were a weak and innocent girl

all im saying is people are overly reliant on her, particularly when it comes to having her physically provide backup in a dangerous situation. Having survived just as long as everyone else, yes i agree shes smart enough to provide thoughts and ideas to the group, but i cant believe that shes just as physically capable as everyone else

It's been over a year since I played the first, so forgive me that the philosophy of the homeless man slipped my memory haha. Although I think that's a great way for characters in game to look at it, I don't think that makes up for Luke choosing Clemantine as backup on the bridge when there are more physically capable, more reliable people he could have chose. I especially don't think thats a good reason for Alvin to send Clemantine into the house by herself to look for food while he sits on his ass waiting. I also understand that being the player-character, the game would be boring if everyone else did everything for you, however they could have worked something in to make it feel more like you are a young girl without everyone doing everything for you and without everyone being over-reliant on a pre-teen girl.

i must say, episode five did redeam a lot of it, at least to the point where i wasnt upset that i sank 25$ into it anymore. but still, i really wish that being 11 years old was brought into the matter more than it was.

its absolutely shocking how reviewers can have such contrasting thoughts on a game when its come to stuff like this guy saying the tv parts were fantastic quality and angry joe saying if it were a show it would be cancelled before the first season ended

+BKlopps I have mixed feelings about the TV show. The problem is a lot of the story elements work better in a video game so some of the set pieces and plot points come off as cringy (Also some bad acting and directing doesn't help). With that said it succeeds in helping to humanize the villains as this reviewer mentioned. The TV show could have been compelling but it just falls flat on it's face and yeah it would have been canceled quickly. Overall I still enjoyed it for what it was and giving me additional background on the villains to make it feel more like shades of gray rather than good vs evil.

Won't, Can't, not unless fox is willing to give the X-Men trademark, and Sony Spider-man. Magneto is part of the X-Men trademark, and therefore of Fox, and Spider-man is Sony, though there's hopes for Spider-man. Even so, though, It'll be a long, long, time before they decide to make an House of M film. Fingers crossed, though.
