Nikki, I am a girl who loves to lift but my upper body is becoming more
developed than i would like. I don't want to keep working out upper bod but
I know I can't do legs and back everyday?!
What kind of split are you following/do you have any advice?
i just don't really want to build anymore upper body muscle because i personally don't want that look, I'm happy with the muscle i have. but i love lifting so i don't want to stop doing upper body all together. thanks for the recommendation. i was thinking something similar, except on the upper body day include back and arms?
Can almost guarantee unless your on gear then your upper body is not that developed but what you could do is legs (ham dominant), upper body , legs ( quad dominant ), off , repeat

fitness industry is so creazy about food?" Ppl in other sports are really
way more flexible than us, they just eat, move and don't talk all the time
about food.
Not everyone in the industry is that way...there are two other women on youtube I follow does do flexible dieting...so they eat what they want so long as it is within their macros. I eat similar to them and do fine. Everyone has their own way of doing things and should do what they are comfortable with...but I do agree with you some of the stuff does throw me off. It seems like there are a lot of people who do not want to distinguish the difference between good and bad carbs and avoid them altogether. That does bother me since it is a vital nutrient like fat is a vital nutrient and there are good and bad fats.
+Mario IFBB PRO food has a massive impact on the appearance of the body, there for, people who are concord with that are also concerned with the food they eat. Performance and aesthetics don't have anything to do with each other.
Don't mad at me but in my opinion it comes from something else. People who are into performance sport have never been dietin' / food depirved. That's the reason they don't have emotions with food. In our fitness world... If you diet once and feel lack of the food in your body, you will never look same at the food as you have been lookin before diet. Agree?
Because they revolve around performance and aesthetics are a very different thing.

I wouldn't say it's more masculine but I think people find bigger thighs, especially toned ones attractive. I just started going to the gym and I'm hoping to get that toned look so if anything be proud and work it girl :)

Not really Since you incorporate your legs when doing butt exercises. That's why it's easy to tell if it's fake when you see girls with big butts but skinny legs. Legs are the foundation of getting butt muscles
