Hey Brandon, Great job as usual. 1 lil idea for you, instead of using a
laptop for cocktail, just use an ipod nano instead. I have mine synced to
my main laptop and have about 10 cocktail mixes always on it. And if
someone need custom cocktail music, I can load it in fairly quickly. My
favorite ipod is the 6th gen ones, cause their the smallest. I can usually
hide it on top of the speaker and no one really knows it's there. You can
pick them up off ebay for like $70. Stay Well!
Brandon, What a AMAZING WAY TO Utilize them uplighting!!! this is By far
the most Awkward shaped room (not squared) But you Managed to FILL this up
amazin lighting as always sir, Excellent job well done...prob the best in
elegance ive seen from you so far... :)
Great work. I noticed you had the monogram on Serato video. How do you get
it to stay on the screen instead of playing videos. Since I run 99% videos
now, I always wondered how I can turn it off and only play photos from the
media file. Thanks
Great job Brandon. You really put some time and effort into this gig. Don't
you hate renting U-Hauls? I used to do that but 2 yrs ago I bought a used
cargo van. I got tired of downloading my equipment everything after a gig.
Another great event! You always do such a professional job. You are an
inspiration to all of us. Have you ever thought of adding a "Dancing on a
Cloud" option? Keep up the AWESOME job.
Looks like it was a fun party Brandon! Great job with everything! You
always rock it! P.S. I'm doing my next gig log on Saturday and will make
sure to give you a shout out!!
Hi, I am always so impressed with your videos and lighting. Those elation
moving heads are amazing. How do you get the gobos to be so wide and cover
so much area?
I LOVE Time-lapse videos of set-ups!!! With 4 people , how long did it take
in real time?? Your Set-Up Looks KILLER!!! I see you use a Rock-N-Roller
cart...one of my favorite pieces of equipment I own. I like your black &
yellow totes too. They stack nice, and don't look cheap. Thanks for the
video!!
love the time lapse set up only destracting thing was he cake after a min i
wanted cake but had none in the house. great video brandon love your
setups. dj steve
I use the same system for, i put my subs in the middle and my 12's on
stands, with the angle on the speakers turned pointing toward dance floor.
It gets the sound up and over their heads. And the people at the back of
the dance floor can hear as well as the ones in the front, and i don't blow
away the people who are close to the speaker. the sound is just great,
clear and crisp.....
Was looking at the power demand for these speakers ... they all say the
following ... AC Power Consumption 1/8 Power 100 VAC, 2.3 A • 120 VAC, 2.01
A • 230 VAC, 1.13 A what do they mean 1/8 power? How many speakers can you
plug into a 15a circuit? Sorry....I'm new to powered speakers...
how many people would that QSC system handle? Thinking of the getting a
powered system very soon ... QSC Ks or JBL PRX system. Would you bring that
to a school dance? ... what sound system would you bring to a school dance?
Ive notice in alot of your gigs you stack your full range speaker above
your subs on each side ..... what is your opinion on coupling the subs in
the middle with a summed signal and placing the fulls on stands ?....
Thank you so much for watching, I love these K12's and they are VERY loud
and clear no CLIPPING ! My voice really popped out, NO FEED BACK whats so
ever. I will be buying a lot more QSC Powered Speakers
8 KW181s and 4 KW153s would do just about anything ,... and you would have
redundancy for the majority of the gigs ..... maybe a couple of K12s for
side/back fills in large rooms .... QSC rocks!
Sweet Video Love twinkle twinkle ... The tri 18's looked bad A%$ nice Mic
work and cool new helper DJ La LA ..Prom should rock even better now!
thanks DJ Mikey Mike
