Art Institute Students Make History on Iron Chef America
After competing against Iron Chef Michael Symon in "Battle Balsamic," three student chefs from The International Culinary School at The Art Institutes of Phoenix ...
@aionlinescam There have been a few Ai students who have succeeded but any
student who succeeds who went to Ai was probably already talented and their
success was in spite of it, not because. They like to say that the reason
they're so expensive is because they guarantee success in your field. Total
snake oil! I have my suspicions that for some of their "success story"
statistics they like to wave around they actually award honorary degrees to
some of these people.
Got job offers in las vegas in the high end restaraunts. :P all thanks to
this college. So really stop hating on an incident that happened years ago
because of a single college in l.a. giving money to students for mental
disabilities which is why they were sued. This college was rated the best
college next to la cord on blu this year in the culinary arts. So all of
you haters stop it and start looking at the current stuff instead of the
past
I go to the The Art Institute In Vancouver and its a great school, and even
though that the school is great i dont think that the students could have
won this because they dont have the same knowledge level that chef simon
has, great work but they need few more years to get to a similar level of
knowledge, chef simon has been cooking for more than 7 years and the
students didnt do it for that long. Great work from both sides.
The International Culinary School at The Art Institute is a very good
culinary school to go to. In a B.A. Culinary Management degree, you will
spend 4 years in a kitchen classroom getting hands on experience along with
business classes unlike most other culinary schools where you only get two
years of culinary training and two years in a traditional classroom
studying business.
Another thing this "school" does is put down universities. They talk about
how students in universities have to spend 4 years in school, take classes
they don't need like math and labs, they don't have guaranteed employment
after graduation and they live in dorms. Any institue that puts down
legitimate schools that give you proper educations are nothing put scams!
HEY GUYS HELP ME OUT! Im interested in Culinary school and I was actually
going to enroll in this school, but looking at all these comments makes me
think otherwise what other Culinary Schools should I check out? before
going to this school, I already visit the San Bernardino campous and
everything and I think it's pretty nice
You could learn culinary somewhere else cheaper and still get the
recognition as a great chef. Be aware this is an ad to boost up Credit
Default Swaps- CDS- on the market. Ofcourse you can succeed whatever you
can put your life into, with or without the high price of education. Real
Education is priceless.
wow this is amazing! three students from the art institute made it to the
iron chef! what a unique battle this is! nobody was using gloves which is
something they teach you in school that is very important to prevent
contamination. this was a great video none the less
I go to this school and have learned alot... Dont know why you guys are
talking shit. They are very successful student coming out of this school
and im doing to be one of them. And where is all the other school on Iron
Chef? This no other probably they suck!
The ICS is an excellent culinary school to attend. You get your money's
worth in the four years on hands on experience in the kitchen. Its too bad
that the business of education is hated so much by those who want
government running every part of our lives.
You so called schools (aka sleazy business's that scam, lie, steal, cheat
and waste lives) should be ashamed of yourselves. How dare you use the name
"school" to describe this institution. This is a scam and should be shut
down!
@mikehext Haha.....I just read on the news that these Art Institute schools
just got sued by the U.S gov for 11 billion dollar Fraud :) I know more
schools not to consider when I apply to college in a few years :^)
Wow I'm a huge Iron Chef fan! I had no idea such young chefs from AI got
on. They did wonderfully with such a tricky special ingredient. Well, they
had the proper training from AI. Great video.
i go to the A.I. dont let these comments wrong you. the A.I. is actually
really good and i just barely started there and have high quality
restaurants wanting to hire me when i graduate
I go to The Art Institute of Philadelphia and I think our instructors do a
wonderful job. I am so happy for these students and only hope to one day
get the same experience.
im not sayin these kids are bad or good, but AI was the worst choice of my
life. i have learned more at my job now then i did at AI. AI needs to step
there game up.
Ai is a genuinely good school. Their culinary program is excellent. I have
seen Le Cordon Blue and that school is behind Ai. Those who say these
school are scams
That's awesome, they made it onto Iron Chef! They must be so proud of
themselves! Really impressive, win or lose. Hope to see them return. Great
upload. xx
wow these students were great and brave to this good luck in the future a
parent of a former student of the Art Institute studying Film and Video is
my major
i go to the Ai In Nashville for audio production and I have interviewed
many chefs there. I respect what the culinary students do. That was was
just cool!
well I was a sucker! You live and learn! Yeah and scams are still ruining
peoples lives.
