+Donald Newton If you were born in the later part of a decade, you weren't at all part of that decade.  It's like me trying to act like I was part of the 70s when I was born in the later 70s. I can choose to love the 70s all I want, but I wasn't really there.  Believe me, when I talk to people born in the early 80s, I can tell world of difference b/w just 5-6 years or so from someone born in 1982 or 1983, compared to someone born in 1988, and 1989.  You late 80s born people, even though you are now full grown mid 20s adults, are more like 90s kids.  People born in the late 90s weren't part of the 90s either.  I again can tell a world of difference b/w the young adults born in the early 90s and what they know pop culture or historic wise, compared to the high schoolers born in the late 90s.

How about being 25? I'm 25 and still love the 60s, 70s, and 80s. I was born at the end of the 1980s basically on the eve of the 90s.
