I cant find where Obama is selling oil to China. I see LOTS of rumors though and false witnessess. Yep. When I adopted one of my two dogs at age 7, she already had one. I haven't had one put into my other dog or my cat. Some animals have problems with infection, etc., plus I think a collar with name tag is better....how many of my neighbors have a microchip scanner that they use on animals? It's not manditory, but all adoption agencies chip the animals before they are adopted out.
