Still worth noting this is not from Gran Turismo. Or any video game, for
that matter. It is a pre-rendered scene created as a technical
demonstration by a company called Perfect Graphics. It's all static models
with shaders that require more power than a modern console has. Without
ridiculously complex shaders and lighting, these graphics aren't really
possible. The image-based lighting is one step, but doing that in an
environment with that many polygons, subsurface scattering, real-time
reflections (even these reflections are probably baked) and every other
shader in this scene, all at a smooth 30 FPS or higher is a very difficult
thing. Is it possible? Yeah, but even the PC world would struggle to do
this in real time. Is it far off, though? Certainly not.

Haha reminds me of my civic (LOL), in the sense that passengers always try
and put their arm on the center armrest which completely obstructs my use
of the gear selector. So i just jam my elbow into their arm until they
don't do it anymore.
everyone says the CCX handles terrible but it didnt look like he was too
busy with the wheel through the corners..I guess just dont get on the power
too much.. but a beautiful car none the less! :)
That guy cracked me up :P What a amazing car :) I would sell my left kidney
just to be able to experience a car like this even from a passenger seat ;)
