Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers
Three of the Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers visit Wellesley College.
Relatives, TRADITIONAL IS when Men speak for Women. Grandmothers (unci) do
not act this way! You cannot take away the Man's role to promote the
Women's role. True Grandmothers are the gray children, not a bunch of old
women. White Buffalo Calf Woman near to help guide the Nations.
+WhiteBuffaloCalfWoman TwinDeerMother Kia Ora sister from Aotearoa (New Zealand), (Land of the long white cloud). The problem is men are not speaking or stepping up and making a stand, and if the great Spirit passes the mantle onto our grandmothers it is even more greater filled with mana, (authority)wairua, (spirit) kaha (strength)...it is not when but who...haumi e, hui e, taiki e (come together as one).
It,s really nice to listen to elders , I don,t have to many left, my grand
parents on both sides are gone , my father is gone . I do still have my
mother. It,s special to hear their view points and knowledge .
I want to watch this but can't right now with fam watching tv. Will get back to it. But I am the same, I've learned so much from grandmothers. My grandmother's words are there for me often on various subjects, guiding me. I learned to cook some family favorites from another gma. I love to hear the stories of old times, their memories. I love to look at old hands and wrinkled faces are the most beautiful!
Indigenous People should not be bullied by the American Government to give up their Water rights, Is this the new form of Genocide ,Where is the land of the free how can a government stand behind a flag that some many native Americans fought for and then Drive them once again off the desert lands that they lived in for centuries.
These 13 grandmothers are they indigenious from all over the world or is it
just the u.s im not against any of it, im learning alot from these ladies,
their messages are beautiful, true and strong wow, excellent job ladies,
may blessings be continued along your journey here on mother earth thank
you.
Bernadette Rebienot is from Omyene, Gabon Africa. She is a 13 grandmother and her bio is on their website. We are all together here in this world. The message the 3 here are giving us as women are to respect one another's, beliefs, culture and so on. There is a grandmother from Africa. From all 4 directions. Blessings to you and your family.
These women are representing Turtle Island, that is, the North and part of the Central Americas. People on the more eastern part of the world are from the Elephant Island, the male counterpart of Mother Earth. Story of Turtle Island as perceived by Jacob (Mowega) here on youtube illustrates this beautifully. Cheers
You wanna claim Africa that's your business. I bet you believe like these rest negroes that millions of African slaves came over on numerous slave ships packed like sardines in a can, urinating and defecating on each other. Afrocentric lies. The palefaces could not even afford to buy all those ships and to this very day they cannot even show one slave ship just only a stupid replica. No evidence whatsoever but you negros fall for this lie by Eurocentrics. What a shame.
Hey like I said we will not see eye to eye but do not look to force me to see your out oi Africa theory. First of all this is not your video so you can't tell me to leave this conversation the nerve of you! That is a stupid question to ask because we know Columbus did not discover Americas it was already inhabited by the Aboriginals of America. Don't get smart with me cause I showed respect to you so in the same manner do the same for me! Don't act like a nigga with me.
Sad to be willingly ignorant and hating the truth. Solong. For real. No more knowledge for you. Stay in you ignorance. And I guess Christopher Columbus really discovered Amerikkka, even though Africans and so called natives were here already. Leave this conversation. Please.
Also keep in mind that here in Turtle Island you will come across much OLDER Mounds and Pyramids than those pyramids shown in Africa. So how can Africa be the birthplace of humanity if civilization in the Americas is older than Africa? Makes no sense.
Do you know all Africans? Many of us are waking from our sleep, and have done scholarly work/study. We are so ancient that no one can trace our beginnings. However, the oppressor's have even admitted (surprisingly) the truth about the oldest bones they have found belonged to an African Woman. Deal With it, and I'm out.
Well I don't know about the out of Africa theory as I do not accept it. I know of Turtle Island which is the source and the Motherland for all Native Americans. So they are speaking for Turtle Island which is the fountain of the Mother Earth.
Its a Native perspective Nzinga zindua I am sure Africans have theirs as well.
