There is one other nutrition fact that you won't find on the fact sheet and
that is AIR FLUFF, McDonalds has been air fluffing their fries for like the
past 10 years (its really been for like the past 15 years or so...) the
next time you order a fry medium in particular, ask them for one of their
complimentary water cups, before you leave the counter pour the contents of
your medium fry into the water cup and pour them from the water cup back
into the medium fry container, you will be lucky to discover if you have
what would be considered a SMALL FRY. Again MDs has been doing this for
years. I mean really, a MEGA company such as MDs have to nickle and dime
us like this REALLY????...Try this same test on a large fry you will again
be lucky if you get a medium size fry

The weight didnt stay, but from morning weigh in to night time after my last meal, i gained 10 pounds; however, the next day i only retained about 2 pounds of it
