The room when we arrive was dirty, within the bathroom is full of moss. The shower door can’t be close, half of the light in the room was inoperative. The minibar was empty by the last guest and room key continues be inactive. The so call privilege concierge service every time we were there for assistance the answer we got was “Sorry we can’t help you with that”. As a very minor request to get a Band-Aid the answer they supply was NO The food in the restaurant was below international standards for 4.5 stars hotel. Over all service and hotel for Club Med Kani is below any knowing international 4.5 stars hotel should have.

Stayed for 4 nights in mid-April 2012, and would simply add that this place is gorgeous, and there has been significant additional plants added, enhancing the green credentials and look-and-feel of the place. Thanks for posting and sharing.
