I am conflicted as to whether the Russian people deserve all this turmoil.
So many uninterested in politics i am sure. They are not a rich people,
most have no savings and live paycheck to paycheck and depend upon the
government to even survive. The Mothers of Russia party tried to protest
against the war in Ukraine and to demand answers of their sons/husbands
dying there, and were arrested by Putin in Moscow by the hundreds.
But in overwhelming numbers, they support Putin, elected him, like the war
against Ukraine and the theft of their land... and they voted for Putin so
many times, they let him edit the constitution so he could become an
autocrat...
So do they deserve this? It's a hard question but I lean towards yes being
the answer. They seem to have no sympathy for the Ukrainian people nor any
care of their territorial integrity. They seem to think that Ukraine is
Russia's slave still. And since they keep putting this man in power and
supporting him through all these things, I cannot help but hold the average
man and woman responsible.
I got better credit then that and that's not saying much
