State of Ohio only charges 55 bucks for a seatbelt violation? California will drain you for at least triple that.

+Neil Hardie from the profile pic im retarded??? 1st of it was from a video. 2nd im a professional driver that always wears a seatbelt and knows the amount of the fine of driving a truck with no seatbelt.On that note im done cause you missed the whole point of it should be the drivers choice to wear one or not but they dont care about kids wearing one. Small blocks require small buses which are the size of suburbans and excursions. Same size vehicles but kids dont need seatbelts. Thats the point dickhead

Bus crashes are rare and not deadly enough to constitute seatbelts, but in the event of a bus crash, kids have been flung around some, but rarely have they been killed.No not everybody in a crash not wearing a seatbelt goes through the windshield, some get broadsided, which smacks their head against the window, some roll their car, get thrown out and crushed, but 95% of the time, if you aren't wearing a seatbelt, and you crash, you go through the windshield."Why do drivers have to wear a seatbelt?" Are you just plain retarded? I'm kind of guessing from that profile pic that you act like "look at me, im so tough cause I don't wear a seatbelt". How bout you crash your car into a wall without a seatbelt and see what happens. You wear a seatbelt to protect yourself in a crash, buses don't need them because buses are stronger and can withstand crashes better, and there is a seat to block occupants from flying.

+Neil Hardie here in philly there are alot of tracks that have not been in service since I was a kid. Train and trolley so they dont stoo at all. Speaking from experience. Yes car crashes are higher, the number of cars on the road compared to buses (which are only on the road for lets say 2 hours a day) makes it a lot more too. Not everyone goes thru windshield. My point is why do drivers have to wear one but kids dont nor public trans??? Cause somebody running a red light or stop sign and t boning a bus compared to car will send KIDS flying

Escaping's not going to do motorists much good when they're already dead from getting their head smashed through the windshield because they weren't wearing a seatbelt. And you never answered my question: how many people on buses die in crashes due to lack of seatbelts compared to motorists? And no, nobody ever hit the ceiling from railroad tracks, biggest load of shit I've ever heard, especially since buses are supposed to stop at railroad crossings.
