+fireburn95rs I see where you're coming from, I just think the term, "boring" might not be the right word if that's your issue with him. From a realistic standpoint, Glenn would lose certain qualities he gained from when the world was normal into what he is today. I'll go as far as to say, the Glenn that you're praising in this video had already drastically changed from the character he was in the very beginning.

+1bzoe I totally see that. Glen took traits and morals from all the characters he looked up to. He gained resourcefulness from Dale, philosophy from Hershel and more. But in gaining new traits he lost some of his charmful old ones that make him unqiue. In real life, today Glen would be far useful. But as for a tv show, we need glen to be quirky and slip into his old ways every now and then because every human is fallable.

+fireburn95rs I think we may just have two different views on what boring is. Back then, the actual characters on the show didn't even take him serious. The "philosophical" aspect is a direct influence from Hershel which seemed to start taking shape after receiving his watch. Glenn today is a lot tougher and someone that has proven he can handle himself. I could hardly call all the moments I mentioned as being boring but to each his/her own.
