Actually, there's an online store for ANY promotional products to support your website - you can get as little or as much as you like or need. You get a website portal AND you get to choose your URL -- mine is "You Rock" Hubby's is "LoseWeightRightNow" dot BodyByVi dot com. Got my own cards but they supply ALL logos, print & web materials. All you have to do is print them and start helping others get healthy. PS - I'm down by 53 pounds now. Going to buy new pants after work today. Thank You!

When I think that I've actually lost a few 10lb sacks of potatoes, that's staggering to me. I've always been "thick" - I'm really just sick of being unhealthy. I got really emotional on my morning video blog but I'm still gonna post it to document this journey hoping something will motivate someone else. Just one person! Joey starts his program Sept. 1st!

Blacks have endured hundreds of years of inequality, weather it's not getting that job, or an unfair criminal justice system, or the lingering effects of bigotry, ect. but the destruction is real now.and if you fail to correspond the history of discrimination by whites, as a major impact on the modern day black culture in america, than you are what i would consider a FOOL.

What have you done for me lately ? Again, bringing back slavery and stuff from the 1800's - I haven't seen any slaves lately at the market, I must not have been visiting the right ones ... hehe.  Minorities have advantages over Whites now often getting benefits Whites can't receive but it's never enough apparently, always complaining - Anyway, it's all good.   :-)

+Jessica Williamson Oh no! Yeah, I can see how a project like that could become expensive. Those shadow box-style frames aren't cheap, and then if you buy everything she used in the video (because there was a fairly long list of supplies), then that adds up quickly. I upcycled a corkboard last year by adding knobs to it ($20), fabric (maybe 3/4ths of a yard?) and ribbon. I had to use spray adhesive, hot glue and paint as well. I'm guessing I spent around $50, not counting the supplies I already had (like the hot glue gun). I hate that not all DIY projects are cheap, but I do like how you can customize all of them to your own taste, which is the main reason I love DIYs.

It is kind of an expensive project (at least for me) so I'm just doing it piece by piece as I get some spare cash. It's taking up my entire coffee table =)
