+scienceguy haha yeah, very cool content on this channel, being a runner it's awesome getting this kind of insignt from such an elite runner. I also love awolnation, but the intro just sounds lame. And the visuals could be better too!

Hi Sage, great talk and great to see its motivated you to do better this year! I would love to see a video on the optimum number of races per year you think people should do that are looking to constantly improve their times... for example Ryan Hall the other night on Ginger Runner live said he used to run 2 marathons a year... as a pro marathoner is that more ideal than 4? Also how would you scale that down to half marathons as I am a half marathon runner. Thanks!

+Whitard84 yeah I think some pros take this approach of a low amount per year, but then I see others who do 6 plus a year... I guess it all depends on if you are just looking to keep a rough same time or if you want to get back to the drawing board, build the fitness and go out and smash your last time....each to their own I guess!

+Andy Raynor I also heard that and there is the theory than after your 10th competitive marathon, you are done... However, there's also the Yuki Kawauchi approach, running marathons almost every month.

People are real cray, its not that serious, no viewer pays them to do the job they do, as mama Bey says 'can u let them live!' lol if u dont like the way they carry on as Kevin says, dont watch! I love what u do, whispering on not, i really get my life, everytime! Makael is a grown man and he WORKS he usually isnt like this so u can understand he is tired, people moaning obviously dont have a damn job.. no shade, but shade lol... love u guys from london :)

Well so far the interviews have been coming along good. I have yet to see people decline interviews with them. If there was, I haven't heard about it. But the show has character and it is all about what the viewers want them to talk about. It takes patience to grow and expand. I'm sure they are aware of what they're doing. It shouldn't have to become an issue when they answer calls; whisper; drink water from a jug. But in my opinion I just find rude that that's what everyone complains about.

I agree somewhat.They both want the show to gain in popularity and thus be able to do more in the entertainment field. In order to do that, one must behave in a similar manner to those who are doing what u desire to do. Whispering, arguing about petty things, and checking ones phone while taping are behaviors which are both annoying and unprofessional. It disrupts the flow of the conversation, the reason why we watch in the first place. People enjoy the show and just want u guys to do well!!

We we're still dealing with the Sandy Hook shooting and dealing with gun issues now we have to be concerned with bombs. The unfortunate thing about this is all those lives were lost in the bombing. The bombers mother was actually on the news blaming America for her sons saying america did that to her kids and took her sons away. Why aren't her and her husband to blame for raising 2 animals. She had no sympathy or apologies for what her sons did. They are so pro Jihad they don't care.

Kevin was really talking in this video. He was just going. I don't think Makael said 15 sentences throughout the whole video. Now I must say, i watched the entire video and I did not really enjoy this one. I usually love majority of the videos you guy upload but this one was very difficult to sit through. I'm not sure if this is because only Kevin was talking but this video just seems sooooo drawn out. Every topic just seem so lengthy and just rambled about.

I think some good critical advice that you guys should think about is- the fact that ...lately youve been getting a lot of new viewers, your interviews are a success , theyre giving you more publicity. All this to say, you may have to change the structure of your videos a bit to appeal more to a wider audience. Similar to what Iyalna said. Ive been a viewer for years and you guys are still amazing, just agreed with her.

Why does DMX son have to be presumed gay? How did y'all gather that? Can't they just be dysfunctional like most famlies. Its clear without that even being mentioned that they have enough issues as it was, especially when the mother was concerned. Hi, I was the one who suggested wireless lavalier mics in the Iyanla video. If you guys don't want to buy them, you could just rent them for important interviews. I've rented them before and I think 3 mics (for you, Makael and the interviewee) will run you about $60 a day. It's a really good investment I think you should reconsider
