This is actually a full video that's compressed with either a pre-tool for
OS X, or inside Final Cut. Importing something like this takes a boatload
of time, plus render files. Do that overnight so the computer is not doing
anything else. Then just compress it inside. New Contour models have this
feature built-in, from what I gather.

record it in timelapse? (would like to do something similar here but don't
know what to use or how much memory/SD card I'd need). Cheers!
