I thought that Mike did take and pass the bar exam, but didn't go to Harvard law. I thought lawyers were not required to attend law school, but had to pass the bar. The problem with not having attended Harvard is that (1) the firm only, exclusively hires out of Harvard; and (2) Mike lied on submitted paperwork, by stating that he did attendHarvard, when he didn't.

When they are talking about Mike not being able to be junior partner we saw little bit of this when he couldn't do an interview for that magazine (I think it was 1 or 2 seasons ago when he went to be an investment banker) he should have known from then that he wouldn't be able to go further in his law career.

+Afterbuzz So the thing with Mike is, he and everyone who knows he is not a Lawyer is committing a crime. Mike can't get "disbarred" because he never took the Bar. Every case Mike has worked on, even making copies, the winning judgment would be overturned, which would then bring on multi-million dollar lawsuits from not only their clients but those they went up against. Jessica's firm would be in ruin, bankrupt and basically dismantled. They are all committing fraud by allowing Mike to practice law. They would ALL get disbarred. I can not even imagine the destruction it would cause if the truth ever came out.

Maybe Mike you ask for the pay bump to reflect what a Junior Partner would make and keep increasing it as time goes by?

Yes Louis shoved him but Harvey PUNCHED him! Harvey was disloyal but he couldn't handle it when someone called him out on it and lost it.... I like both of them but Im on team louis on this one.... Harvey Made him a promise and he broke it.
