Love your videos. Could you make a video on how to make and jar sugar-free jam?

Hi there and thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately jamming season is in fall. Have you tried pamonas pectin? It's the best and most natural, I think. I usually use that one and follow the recipe for ether the honey or apple juice sweetened versions. Maybe give it a try and let me know what you think.

I loved watching your younger girl's facial expressions while you were talking. Very wise tips. There is too much money being spent on grocery budgets because families are trying to appease everyone's wants. Also, as you pointed out, it is good for them in the long run to learn to make choices and function in social situations. As the old saying goes, "When I grew up, my mother always had two choices for dinner. Take it or leave it!" I was not happy on Squirrel night, but I survived.

+frugalgreengirl I grew up in West Virginia where a lot of what you ate was what was hunted.  May be the reason I am a vegetarian.  Hahhahahahahahh

Our little fella's tastebuds are on railroad tracks until he chooses to leave home; he WILL eat EVERYTHING! LOL ;-) Seriously though, I think this stuff is really important, and it extends into many other aspects of life too... IMHO It seems that those whom develop a low maintenance out look in life, tend to show greater respect for others in most social situations as well :-)

My son turn 2 and he was an amazing eater, one day..... It changed and he became a picky eater. And I was always making sure he had all combination of foods, making sure not to repeat the same meal all the time. But apparently it's a stage.

Yep! Sometime in my daughter's second year is when the picky eating started. And still going strong at three.
