when a car sits on the lift for a long duration it takes awhile for the
shocks to drop back to normal height. The car is definitely low if that's
the height it is coming off the lift. Even at that height rolling still
might be necessary so when go over bumps or steep incline your tire doesn't
rub the quarter panel.
