left Srilanka some years ago. Can you please give me a short tip for
making Mukunuwenna Mallum? I use your recipe above with gotukola and since
we cannot source maldive fish here i substitute with dried
prawns/anchovies. Thank you and God bless you.
+Rita Gregory When you do mallum do not add lime or lemon juice at first. Can do after if you like. I like to heat a bit of oil and put the the same mix like the salad in to the oil and cook 1-2 min.
