Hi Mark,I'm from New England as well and have to do the exact same job on
my 2002 F150. Did you have to disconnect the AC evaporator coil in anyway?
Body shop told me they would need to reclaim refrigerant and remove coil.
Looks like you were able to work around it with out removing. Going to
attempt this in April once the warmer weather is here. Great videos big
help!!!!Thanks,Justin
No I was able to access enough space. once everthing is freed up you should
be able to do the whole job with out disconnecting the A/C it good to have
some help manovering components in and out.
Justin I assume you are talking about the the rubber body mounts. that
saddle uses between the frame and support. they are just body mounts. if
rock auto doesn’t have them, then it's a dealer item. Just search cab
mounts. I believe their is 6 on the cab. two at the saddle and 4 under the
cab.
Mark,Where did you get the rubber bushings for the bottom of the radiator
support. All the searching I've been doing just shows body mount bushings
for sale. Do the body bushing use on front too for the radiator ? or are
they a special bushing I need to get from dealer? Thanks!Justin
