OUR NEW HOUSE VLOGMAS DAYS 17-21 - Vlog
All our new Ikea furniture is in our new house. Ikea flat packs easy to put together. Hey guys thank you for watching my video *more stuff below, :)*. Watch from ...
Naomi could show that little closet as the new "time out room" for
disruptive and uncooperative students. The small radiator in the shallow
"time out room" means when the door is closed it functions like a waffle
iron.
Or you could put a plate on the door that says, "Teleport."
IKEA apparently doesn't have a line of STAR WARS themed furniture.
Since there are now three KRAMPUS Christmas horror movies that are being
released for the holiday season, I guess people will be decorating with
those.
With the large publicly visible windows in your new apartment, you could
put up a Santa Claus mannequin holding a light saber. That will probably go
over better than the more traditional Santa hanging at the end of a noose
in the window.
I have an idea. Take all of that cardboard from the furniture, fold, glue and paint them to make shelves that fit inside that narrow closet. Put some of your collectables on the shelves. Remove the door and use it as a desk top. The useless closet becomes a built in book/trophy case for the collectables. This will help you maximize usable space. The more of your stuff you get out of the way, the more area is available for Naomi's stuff which will make her happy. Another possibility is that women usually have large numbers of purses, shoes and belts. Those type things can fit in that closet in an organized and accessible way. Run wires across the closet and Naomi could stick her shoes on them by hooking the heels. The purses would hang on hooks on the back wall. The belts could hang on hooks on the backside of the door. That way when the micro closet is opened, she can see all of the combinations of colors and patterns and select the shoes, purse and belt combination that works.
We have quite a few decorations, but our unconventional ones are a dancing
Santa that shakes his hips like Elvis while playing Holly Jolly Christmas,
it started as a joke gift and somehow just became a tradition, and we have
a black metal spider ornament that says Bah Humbug which my daughter found
in her Grandfather's barn, she says it reminds her of The Nightmare Before
Christmas so it hangs on our tree looking a bit like a sad leftover from
Halloween :D I like both the Lego decorations.
Congrats on the new house :)Almost all of my Christmas decorations were the
same all year round. But 1 memorable one, was we had this big stocking, and
my mum filled it with bite sized chocolates. However, she wouldn't let me
or my brother eat from them often, it was mostly for people whom would
visit us, so we rarely ate them.Until she wasn't in the house, or asleep, I
would sneak 1 or 2 every time :P
+The Aspie World nice :)Btw, I just saw Star Wars today. I avoided ur Star Wars video in case of spoilers ;)But I liked it a lot, but some bits I was sad :(
+The Aspie World yup :)What about traditions? Did you have one?For me and my family, always on the 24th we would eat Lebanese food (cause we're Lebanese) for dinner and watch a Xmas movie. Then on the 25th, we would go to a hotel that offered Xmas buffets (which surprisingly is very common in Dubai)
I VOTE FOR BOTH OF THEM!!! It's Yule today for me so i should be
celebrating but im ill.... My decorations consist of orniments my mum has
collected for the past few years and a Vampire orniment we got from ASDA at
halloween 2 years ago and some snowman lights above our sofa!
