Take the justice system for example where whites get shorter sentences for the same crimes committed as blacks and blacks are by far more likely to be falsely convicted for crimes they didn't commit.

Why do you think property loans have such low interest rates and are most people's main source of financial collateral? Because it's a LONG TERM investment that spans multiple generations for most people. Ever heard of someone using a wic card for collateral on a loan? You can't even apply for a mortgage loan when you're on section 8, wic, or snap programs. Whites, as recently as a couple of decades ago, were for hundreds of years given an INSURMOUNTABLE leg up in this country. You'd have to be a complete idiot to ignore that.

the southern homestead act of 1866 was offered to both blacks and whites from 1866 to 1876 opening up 46 million acres there were only 6500 claims for blacks most of it was very poor land that did not purduce and they were later forced off

yes it was done thru the freedman bank but after the blacks were given the land it was taken back because of white southern backlash they took land from former slave masters and gave it to blacks then took it back
