It's unrealistic for this company. Building a quality vehicle is a HUGE undertaking, just ask Tesla. Electric cars are expensive, that's just how it is right now. It's not like a manufacturer can just choose to make everything that goes into the car less expensive. The Leaf isn't heavy, it only weighs about 400 pounds more than the EV1 and it can carry two more people. Nissan also took styling and usability into consideration when they designed the Leaf, so it's not as aerodynamic as the EV1.

Guys, if you want to do something really cool, try a replica EV1 with modern materials and batteries. as light as possible and smooth running bearings and LRR tires. if legal I think it could be a big hit selling them, big enough to change the world because it's so efficient that it doesn't need much battery thus cheap and cheap to run

of course it isn't unrealistic. and the Leaf most certainly hasn't accomplished that. it's overpriced, it's very heavy, it's got poor aerodynamics. a well done modern EV1 would be vastly more efficient than the Leaf

Kit car companies can't even really produce cars that equal the original EV1, they certainly couldn't improve on it.

+Ayams Manuk no come with kit so you can use standard AA battery, but you can order the kit that would use a lipo battery which is much easy then keep buying AA :)

How are LEDs powered? Havent seen any PDBs that have 8 12vs so is there a separate PDB or is it feeding from the esc or battery?

+Gadget Friendly I am not sure about your exact technical verbiage. The drone is powered by a 14.8 volt 1800 MAH LiPo battery. I normal only charge the battery utilizing balance charging mode. +Ruben Hakopian Ruben I just use the default settings for the drone which is changeable from the controller. There are 6 modes in total. In the 3rd person portion of the video I flew in Beginner Stabilized Mode. In the video where the camera is mounted on top of the drone I am flying in Sport Stabilized Mode. Currently I fly in Acrobatic Sport Mode. The drone flies a lot faster then in any of the videos since I made this video when I was just a beginner.
