MEAL PLAN & GROCERY SHOP w/ Me! + A Dietitian's Tips
THUMBS UP & SHARE with friends!! :) Hope you guys enjoy this nutrition video! Let me know what some of your favorite healthy go-to meals are down in the ...
How about a video about the "skinny" on organic foods OR fruits and
vegetables you should buy organic and ones you can save your money and buy
regular. Just a thought! Another great video Becca!
Hi Becca! This is the first time I actually clicked on someones channel and
they were a dietitian. You're in the field that I want to be in, do you
have any tips or advice ? I'm in college now to study nutrition and health.
You're inspirational and I love that you feel the same way as I and so that
I can relate to someone. Much love
+Abbe Johnson (RareBeauty) That's awesome!! Welcome! :) My video "How To Become an RD" would probably be super helpful! I talk about the process and give some of my own insight. I also have a video on my advice for the dietetic internship, not sure how close you are to that step! Thanks so much for your kind words, and let me know if you ever have any questions about the RD journey! xoxo
Will you make a video on food prep and storage? For example - If I wash my
berries will they go bad faster? Can I cut apples in some way that they'll
keep without turning brown? Etc, etc.
+Mattica Blue That's a good idea! And yes berries decay quickly especially if you wash them ahead of time! You definitely want to wash as you go! You can squirt lemon juice or spray a bit of salt water on apples to keep them form turning brown! I personally prefer adding lemon juice because it makes the apples taste even better! :)
Thank you for keepin' in reeeeaal, girl. It is so nice to see someone
shopping at a normal grocer store buy you accessible, healthy foods. I
really like your down-to-earth style!
+Amanda Brown Haha AMEN. I am all about being realistic!!! Not everyone is shopping at whole foods and farmer's markets on the reg like come on now let's be real!
Another great video as always! :) .... I do have 1 question, I've heard you
are not supposed to eat after 7 pm. Is this correct? My problem is that by
the time I get off work and drive home then to the gym it is already close
to 6. Count the hour workout and it is past 7 before I can eat... so I
often forego the gym so I don't eat past 7. In your opinion which option is
better: 1) Go to the gym and eat later, or 2) Eat before 7 and work out
less per week?
You don't have to stop eating at 7. You just need to not eat anything 3 to 4 hours before you sleep so your body has time to mostly digest your food. you have probably heard 7 because most people go to sleep around 10 or 11 pm but it really just depends on what time you go to sleep.
+ponder2006 aight well, you clearly have a plan, so more power to you haha. I'm working w my cousin, and she needed to cut carbs to drop but I used chris's advice, to start w more carbs and drop later as opposed to start low and have nothin to cut and then jus starve.
+Dragoncurry I do cardio 5X a week, 30min on the stair master, burning about 500cal. Yet i am stuck at 200 lb for almost a year now. I have started counting macros now at 40P, 40C, 20 F.

Oil Free Crispy Potato Bites | Healthy Fit Vegan Recipe Video
Looking for a simple, quick HEALTHY FIT VEGAN meal idea that you can have every night of the week!? This is it. These are the Crispiest, healthiest potatoes ...
+2 Healthy Fit Vegans I just made it on my toaster oven an hour ago :) Turned out good! I chopped about 6 pototoes and they were just normal bites and some big chunks lol. Around 20 min I move it around and flip the potatoes. Took a while to get it crispy about 50min at 400f. I seasoned it with garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper and parsley flakes on mine :p
+Black Rabbit Vegan humm.. well next time you are there check out there selection to see if any of them have less oil than others. I can see how convenient that toaster oven can be, but I wonder if it would work on raw potatoes if you chop them small enough? Have you tried it? Maybe we will try it, we have a toaster oven too!
+2 Healthy Fit Vegans They're not oil free, that's the problem lol. I buy my potato bites at dollar tree (20 oz). I usually used my toaster oven 90% of the time, I rarely used my oven unless I have guests coming over.
+Black Rabbit Vegan they are sooo sooooo good you will not regret making them!!! However frozen potatoes are not bad if they are oil-free. If they are easy and make it so you can practically eat healthy potatoes then keep them! Are they oil free?
