I seriously love u! I recently went through a bad break up (maybe my worst) to top it all off, throughout the year and a half that I was with him he put me down lowering my self esteem, making me think I could never find someone better or like him. Oh OK when you said "there are 8 exercises going from one to the next for two rounds for a total of 16 exercises and then repeat two more times." my mental math went haywire trying to figure out how many of each I do. So each of the 8 exercises 4 times. Whew! I will try it tonight. I workout at night, it's the only time I can fit into my schedule, not ideal but better than nothing I guess. I love your workouts! I absolutely love your workouts! They're super effective and sculpting! Even though I'm not overweight or stuff like that, I just do them for "fun" haha (no, actually to sculpt too ;) ) :D But I'd really love to lose that little fat at the bra strap... Hey, have you considered "BellyFATtack"? Just have a look on Google. On there you will discover an important free video by a well accredited physician revealing the right way to lose body fat. It helped Melody to reduce her tummy fat. Perhaps it will help you out as well.

I went through it 4 times and jogged a few laps around the gym inbetween sets when I needed a break...20 minutes total. It was a GREAT workout! Loved it.

I personally think working out in the morning is the best time to workout, but if you have more time before going to bed, then that is up to you!

Podoba mi się bardzo, większość ćwiczeń znam z lekcji wf-u, ale niektóre są ciekawie przerobione (np. wymachy rąk po skosie czy pajacyki z rękami w przód, na to bym nie wpadła :P). Bardzo duży plus za znajomość anatomii - przy każdym sporcie znajomość kośćca i mięśni jest bardzo ważna. Ja właśnie chcę zacząć już tak systematycznie ćwiczyć, bo kondycja mi przez zimę siadła :P Ciekawa jestem tylko które mięśnie pracują przy takim dziwnym ćwiczeniu, które wymyśliłam sobie dziś na wfie... mianowicie robię świecę, opierając się o podłogę tylko karkiem i ramionami, i podpierając rękami, ale cała reszta - plecy i nogi - prosto w górę. Chwilę tak stoję, po czym uginam nogi tak by uda były równolegle do podłoża i znowu prostuję. I parę powtórzeń :P czuć było że mięśnie pracują, ciekawa jestem tylko czy te, które chcę wzmocnić (mięśnie brzucha, uda, pośladki, mięśnie pleców). Ogólnie bardzo mi się podoba i dzięki wam i "motywacja non stop" zaczynam ćwiczyć! :D

Sami je wykonujemy na naszych treningach. Pracują tam mocno mięśnie brzucha, grzbietu, nóg i rąk. Fajne całościowe ćwiczenie i jest przynim dużo zabawy:)Mam nadzieję, że ćwiczysz również trening z Shape z nami:) Jakie wyniki? Obejrzałam już kolejny odcinek i ta sama sytuacja - pani Kasia ciągle się uśmiecha i z czasem to wygląda sztucznie, trochę jest to denerwujące, ale sam przekaz tych filmików jest warte obejrzenia.

all your videos continue to inspire me and keep me motivated and strong in times of need sir. I would like more of the hr long QnA's I am currently struggling with changing my metabolism, been eating clean for 2 months and doing P90X everyday. im on the 50/30/20 fat shredder at a 1900 cal deficit. Not sure how i would take in more cal because i already eat every 3 hrs or so and i am just not hungry.. any advice wld be appreciated (i lost 70 lbs on p90x 5 yrs ago then life got to me and i put the weight back on, at day 47 im down from 303lbs to 280 but my next level refuses to kick in)
