Phyllis I've been working all day and couldn't wait to come home to watch this video. That pineapple pizza looks heavenly! I really love the caramelisation of the pineapple with the brown sugar and also that topping crumble is a brilliant idea. I make my own pizza crusts using my wild sourdough starter that I have grown myself. I actually have 3 at the moment and the pizza crusts turn out amazing.
