he wasnt certified n CPR, and there for "not allowed" to give instructions.
if the baby dies or is harmed during CPR the dispatcher could be sued
because he wasnt certified. its stupid, thats why his chief said go ahead,
life is more important than the possibility of a stupid ass lawsuit.

I aggree its different all accross the states, 911 is to instruct life saving measures until paramedics arrive, this town is not normal, period

it's because of sue happy people. the type who will burn their mouth drinking hot coffee knowing damn well it's hot and still winning a lawsuit or like back in the day when people were winning lawsuits claiming McDonald's made them fat and not their terrible diet habits.it's that kind of BS why no one can help anyone. if you as a good samaritan try to help someone you could also be sued, that's why most people let people in trouble die, call the cops and hope for the best. if you lift a finger to help you're opening yourself up to litigation.
