Really like your car ;) ... I have a similar "seven" (DeMan Motorsport SR7) and a similar problem with the starter. Do you mind if I ask which clutch basket, friction plates and springs you are using? ... In Canada, ... it is just about sleepy byes time for the Busa7 and I've got a nice job jar waiting (as usual). ... Just like to get feedback from fellow miscreants! ... Cheers!

Was hard to see, but I am sure it looked liked you have the extreme heavy duty starter motor, a really good product, but you are running the standard starter idler gear, have a look at rpe they do an upgrade idler gear.

Very common on 99 to 2001 models I've just repaired mine... Replace the parts with 03 or newer
