The Tractor won, even thou it over turned it remains intact (all solid steel), probably can just right it an drive it home, small repairs, the ambulance front wheel was destroyed on impact, it's an insurance write off. The only thing that I've seen destroy tractors is fire because it's not worth repairing them. PS I'm a farmer

@alcapone1428 The tractor is narrower proportionately and its center of gravity is different; its wheelbase in front was too small to compensate. The ambulance was simply luckier because of how the collision worked and how the tractor got spun about.

@TorisJames They're allowed to drive around on the streets and high ways, but one the high ways they have to drive on the exiting lane, to move from one place to another without having to take the time in loading it on the bed and then going there.

Yes the one adjacent to Lambeth bridge to the immediate south of parliament on Millbank.It could be that one, it's just the one on Millbank looks a bit more overgrown, without the straight paths and bushes. But rather with windy paths and a lawn in the middle.
