I've found that Chun-Li can use it effectively with Hoyokusen so long as it either fully connects or the opponent isn't too high in the air before the launch. An example from the video would be Hulk. He's a perfect match so long as Chun-Li is close enough to connect since Gamma Crush doesn't knock the opponent out of Chun-Li's super. I happen to use Spencer so I've found ways to use him correctly, as well. Just to add, it's amazing you went and tested every combination. Great job.

So for anyone who cares, I have been experimenting with the Tron/Frank tactic and I have to say, once you get the timing down, it's amazingly powerful. I can't do the multiple snapshots to get to level 5, but if you just do one at a late time, it's guaranteed level 3 with only one or two pictures till level 4. If someone with a little more experience to attempt it, it seems like it could be a truly killer tactic. I'm not sure which other hyper combo's would work, but I would consider maybe Verg
