The only reason I can watch the bad ending is because I know it's not the "real" ending (in the Phoenix Wright-verse, at least).

I love Maya as much as the next person, but this ending makes absolutely no fucking sense. I don't understand what the studio was going for with the symbolism here. If they wanted it to be about Maya I'd have had some scenes of her and Mia, maybe some DL-6 stuff, a cameo of Kurain Village, Morgan and Pearl? Steel Samurai? All of those things are more relevant to her than sunflowers. lol

+Brandon Renner Defense Attorney's Badge looks like sunflowers, so this ending means something like this - at start she's sad and everything... later someone (Phoenix) pick sunflower, so he wants to defend her, that's why at the end of the songs she's happy, and doesn't try to be like Mia.

I just realised how utterly strange the people who haven't played the games would find this anime :') Also, the first game is based in 2016 (WHICH IS SO GREAT considering it was intended to be a futuristic thing and now it's... not) so the court proceedings are meant to be those of a futuristic courtroom. I guess they did that to get around the inaccuracies :P

Tho some parts of it are real in the Japanese Legal System, like how Phoenix is treated badly for instance, just because he's a defense attorney. And yeah, I can't wait for the fourth case where he faces off against a certain "perfect" prosecutor :)

IKR, I really couldn't sleep on the day the first episode was released. I am very happy that it came out and it was actually good. Tho people have mixed opinions about it but I don't mind. Some people are saying it was "childish". Clearly those people haven't played the games. Huehuehuehue... they are in for a one heck of a ride ^_^

I picked guilty. Because I felt like it. Then I went back to my last save which was right before perceiving Kristoph's hand, so that I could see his awesome breakdown over again and pick "not guilty" that time to get the ending *U*

I don't care if Juror No. 6 wasn't involved in the "development of the case". She still has a pretty noticable entanglement, even if she didn't know it. =P
