Traffic - 1973 London Very good soundboard? This was recorded live in London in 1973 while the group was touring behind its “Shoot Out At The Fantasy ...
I was fortunate enough to see them at this time. Theres just not enough
anyone could say about Winwood especially during this period. He could've
taken a comfortable position as a lead guitarist/singer for any band on the
planet and probably would have enjoyed immense fame, as his guitar playing
is second to none and his vocals are legend. He chased his dream, a vision
of a sound that only he and Capaldi knew could be made.
+tattoorichie100 Yeah, not to mention that other guy!

saw this awesome concert at Winterland SF with sisters Lou,Sue,Marion R and
brothers Joey,Shabbir and I. Traffic played most of their songs and we were
treated with seeing the original members, Chris Wood-sax,flute, Jim
Capaldi-drums, Steve Winwood,-piano,organ,pedal bass, guitar and most
awesome vocals# A night to remember one of our fav bands all time!
I saw this show in Chicago, at the legendary Auditorium Theatre, if memory
serves. In the midst of the long and truly boring bass solo someone yelled
out "My grandmother can play better than that!" and kicked off a general
hubbub, at which point the band rushed back to stage. Otherwise I think
there would have been a riot.
