James Holmes was a fuckin patsy, he was so fucked outta his head they couldnt take a pic of him for 3 days as he couldnt even stand up,the first pic was the day of the court ,wheres all the videos? wheres the evidence of the 2nd gunman gone? wheres all the people who said a guy(not him) answered his phone goes to the exit and waves the gunman in? the guy was a fuckin genius, all of a sudden boom, leaves uni where he played mind games with computers ect...all roads lead to his dad ROBERT HOLMES

Ok, fuck his moms....how do u explain the fact that the weapon used in the murders were registered to him? how do u explain the fact that he was Identified from the person who sold him the guns that were used?? How do u explain the fact that his defense team were tryin to go for the "Insanity" plea? wow really...Soooooooo the simple fact that he was caught red handed, the guns he used were registered in his name, an employee at that gun shop remember his face when he bought the guns, had an apartment booby-trapped with explosives, over 6000 rounds of ammo, and all other kinda nasty shit, means absolutely nothin right?? @Jason diaz you only think he's a bad person because that is what your culture taught you. in some cultures murder, rape, even cannibalism are justified. if you were taught the same you'd think nothing of what he did. honestly... no one cares about people dying, it's just when our society makes a big deal out of it that we pretend we do, and we pretend we do just for the sake of being "politically correct. I'm not defending HIM, per say-I'm defending the PROCESS, a process I put my life on the line for for nearly a decade. To date, NO ONE at the scene has identified him as the shooter. Who cares about the 6000 rounds? Irrelevant. I have twice that in my closet. That proves NOTHING. Him telling the police makes no sense, as the traps were (presumably)meant for them. I don't have to prove anything here-that's what trials are for ;)

I say the officials who are taking charge of this entire thing give him lethal injection with a RUSTY-ASS NEEDLE, and let the chemicals burn inside James' body until he's gone from the Earth. Fair trial? Sure. Sentenced to cruel/unusual punishment? Depends on how you define cruel/unusual. Keep in mind that he didn't find cruel or unusual the mass murder he commit. I'd go as far as to say, he enjoyed it. No psychological help will ever rewire his psychotic brain. And no punishment will bring back the people he wasted.

That's not insanity in his eyes, but hate. They should sentence him by shooting him in front of a firing squad, all aiming at his stomach -- the most agonizing death possible. Use him as an example to demonstrate how people hate injustice -- and what he did, even on the smallest scale possible, has no defense.

@Coffeetricker Thank you very much! They are very hard to predict, sometimes it can be storm levels for days and weeks, and sometimes its quiet for months. I haven't seen much activity since the first days of march. Might be more activity next year because of the solarmaximum.
