Had the pleasure of meeting Robin (Kevin) at the Turkish/Bulgarian border whilst cycling from London to Istanbul. Good luck travelling through Europe guys it was cold enough in October! Hope the knee gets better!

I hope I explain it well. My grandfather has a farm and we have been running it for more than 30 years. We don't slaughter chickens, but we sell the chickens to slaughters in the wet market. So here is the thing. You cannot behead the chickens because you want the blood to flow out of the bodies, like literally no blood remain in their veins. Therefore, when you enjoy the chickens, steamed chicken in particular, you won't see bloody bones even though they are cooked. If you see a cooked chicken but it's so bloody in the bones, that means the slaughters are impatient to allow the blood to flow out of the bodies, so they behead the chickens instead.
