@renumeratedfrog First you need to be clear! Chinese Kung-Fu is a general statement for the 1000 of styles that make up Chinese martial arts. YOU! need to rephrase your statement to say "Drunken Boxing is ineffective". Also that video you are referencing is a very very very poor demonstration period. Those guys claiming to know drunken boxing probably just watched a Jackie Chan movie.

@BKPanther If the event will happen we will host it. Its one of our goals to become better and better in promoting the Chinese Culture.So we think its a great way to do it. I have send you a friend request, so we might can stay in contact.. Location data and so on will be announced right on time. You mean taking pictures on the event from the contestants ?

Please dont start any discussions on which style is better or not.Such disscusions are useless. There are some very powerful Japanese Martial Artists there, as some Chinese Martial artists also. You can this apply to different countries with there Martial Arts. In most cases its more thant just the style which decided on win or loosing. Thanks

@NTDMartialArts OK, I will keep an eye out for future announcements. ;-) I am a hobby photographer and was just interested if I attended an event that I would be able to take photos. I wouldn't use a flash, I know that can be distracting and dangerous.

@Renumerated Frog No martial art is ineffective. It depends on the person's talent and techniques used correctly. Otherwise, all mixed martial arts matches between those who practice similar styles and ways would always tie, which doesn't exist in MMA.

you dont understand anything about chinese kung fu or chinese culture. ntdtv martial arts competition is to promote the chinese culture.if i do karate and get defeated by mma it doesnt mean that its ineffective it depends on the person

Is non-flash photography allowed at these events? Will you be hosting the event next year as well? If so, where and when is it scheduled for?
