I am guessing they went through his pockets for any money that they can take, They murderd that guy in cold blood, first degree murder they let him lay on the ground to make sure he is dead . Baltimore cops are out of control, power hungry killers of black people . oh that fucking bastard cop with what ever he has in his hands spraying people for no reason, He need to be made to run so some one can do to him what they did to that black man . the cops in that city have mental problems,all they know is if the person is black , then murder him . except when you are exercising your rights you would remain silent. if under arrest or not under arrest you wouldnt consent to questioning so why get used to interacting with police, and when they say backup, you are interfering with police business or an investigation well when you are videoing them they are performing public business as public officials and if you are the public you have every right to be there and investigate as in citizens arrest powers you can also gather information. that shit about cordoning off an area as if they have private business away from public scrutiny
