You know what would really make me want to buy a sponsored product? If
people actually told it to us straight up & real. Like, "So digiboo saw our
video and they want to sponsor us!" "We'd appreciate it if you guys would
check it out" Not all this fake acting shit and whatnot. It makes me cringe
and it doesn't sway me to buy the product. Give us just quick, basic facts
in the video and keep the video under 2 minutes tops. Then, I know you're
genuine, and because I love this channel, I would take the time to check it
out.
When someone or a group get sponsored, there is a list of requirements that they have to follow. I'm guessing dijiboo wanted jk to make it seem natural but quite honestly they didn't. If they did not follow all the requirements on the contract they would not receive the money.
They got sponsored before the first video I'm sure.

Dave Sullivan
Dave, I have a collection acct with Sprint and they sold to a collection
company. The first collection company was removed last year bc they sold it
to another collection agency. How I handle this account? I sent a
validation letter to creditors and all they did was sent back a letter
stating "you owe this debt" and nothing else. I tried 3 times to disputed
thru Credit Bureaus too but they keep insisting that I contact the
creditor. What should I do?
+Daravanh Phrasayavong The next step is to take what you received from the creditor and dispute it to the repositories. Insist that it be removed because the creditor refuses to provide proper validation of the debt. It may take a few times but the repositories are required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to investigate it and remove it if it is not a valid debt. let me know how you do.
Hii dave i was wondering if i can deal with a court ticket that is been
send to aliceone collection was for 1010 now they said is 1350 can i offer

that account for cents ..... Or
+Vic Rodriguez You are going to have to deal with the collection company now. yes you should offer much less than the full amount check out these videos for more info on what to offer. //www.thecreditguy.tv/?s=pay+for+delete+
Hi Dave! I had a account for $317.00 go to convergent collections agency. I
did not pay it and it was taken off my credit report. I now have a letter
from enhanced recover company saying the will settle for $253.79. It has
not shown up on my credit report yet its only been a week. Will they report
it if i pay it before 30 days?
+rjakjr Anytime you settle a debt the IRS counts it as income. The Debt Forgiveness Act was passed by congress that waved the debt forgiven from counting with regards to a mortgage. I am not sure how that act impacted other debt. Thanks for the note!
+MMLANET It should be noted, when you "settle" and/or take an offer that is always advertised as a fraction of the total amount owed, it comes out when you file taxes the following year. I learned this the hard way but luckily I had a good refund that balanced out the remaining balance after the settlement. Dave Sullivan should put this in the caption for his video as it is a big one for inquiring people to know going forward regarding their debts.

No citizen can afford to fight the US government right or wrong. Instead
they should learn how to use the system to drain it of all of it's
resources. Fortunately Obama will flood the country with ISIS fighters and
the US government will have a lot more to worry about than raping the
citizens of the fruits of their labors.
+wangchungman14 I am not sure I understand "WHAT" ? as a question. But I will make this observation. All government agencies require a budget. Some of those agencies are set up to give other peoples tax dollars away to those who apply for it. Welfare, food stamps, milk, canned goods, cash, transportation, Social Security, veterans benefits, the list is large. It doesn't matter whether or not anyone qualifies for assistance. Near the end of every fiscal year all government agencies scramble to spend what is left in their budgets so they can apply for budget increases. That is when the law doesn't matter. Practice and patience will net you free bees all the time. Want to end the bleeding of our economy? Just climb aboard. Sooner or later the whole apparatus will either collapse or it will be forced to change.
Of course there IS a LAW requiring people to pay income taxes -Chapter 26
U.S , section 6012. Apparently, the people in this video chose to close
their eyes and ears and not acknowledge the law. The law is also quoted on
IRS website.
By the way, most of the people in this video including Sherry (Ex IRS
Agent) have been indicted and imprisoned.
I do not pay taxes but I do it legally - I file. I plan ahead and let my
deductions enable me not to pay taxes.
+Rochelle Gross I suspect that you are a victim of the system, just as I was. In 2005 I learned that the tax code uses many Terms of Art in order to keep the tax code fully Constitutional. These Terms are words specifically defined in the tax code to mean things entirely different from their dictionary definitions. "Taxpayer" is one of those words. So are "wages" and "employee," and "trade or business." The tax code itself has never been passed into law, but is only indicative of the Statutes at Large which indeed have been passed into law by Congress. It is precisely the lack of knowledge of all of these things that causes most people to fall into volunteering to pay taxes they don't actually owe.
+Raul Cruz Yes that is true, exemptions are allowed. But I choose not to be exempted due to retirement purposes. I retired at age 50 and receive good social security and medicare. I am a volunteer senior citizens counselor, and I sympathize with people who did not pay taxes, and due to not paying in and/or setting up a good retirement plan, they are now struggling. Believe me, it will pay off later.
There is a way but you have to file to get an exemption. The truth belongs only to those that actively look for it. I got lucky also. I just had the right casual conversation with the right stranger who directed me into the right path. IRS is the one that gives the exemption.
+Raul Cruz Raul, I do not work for the IRS never have, never will. I am a taxpayer just like any other taxpayer. I am also a professionally tax practitoner, and have used IRS regulations to get taxpayer their money back or dispute a tax debt on behalf of the tax payer.
well I have never had ANY dealings with ANY tax's for ANY business's and those business's that buy from me using cash as Always since 1974 they may be taxed on that or have to inform the IRS that they paid me money for my services but as always no paper trail and even if the IRS slimSL.I.M. chance that they could even be able to sniff in my direction. I have never been paid by anyone for services. I have no social security number. and I have more money then I or my grand kids will ever spend. in a bank account that that was established in 1970 and they just have a birth certificate as proof of who I am it has has no SSN attached to it. and that account is only used for things needed like what im typing on now. and I ONLY put enough money in it per month just to get by on the BULK of it is only for me to know
Having a SSN or TID is immaterial to owing the tax or not. You may have disappeared from IRS notice currently, but that does not mean you are immune from their kind massages if you somehow come into their official view as one who has "taxable income." The usual way that happens is that someone informs IRS (in a W-2, 1099, or K-1) that they paid you taxable income. If you don't then acknowledge it or correct (rebut) that information, you will be sought after by IRS. If you are engaged in business for yourself, then you probably do not a tax liability. I stress that you must know WHY that is!
+Jack Burton Merely having a SSN or TID does not automatically subject you to paying income taxes. At 26 USC Section 1, the tax is imposed on all who have "taxable income." There is a world of difference between "earnings" and "taxable income." Until you learn that difference, you won't understand why the current tax code is actually quite a favorable one for up to 90% of all Americans. That's due to the fact that some 90% of Americans do not have earnings comprising "taxable income." Learn the FULL STORY at www.losthorizons.com.
