Photo Finds: Pirates of the Caribbean and Country Bear Jamboree upgrades - Oct. 24, 2012
Last week the Magic Kingdom quietly upgraded two attractions: mermaids were added to Pirates of the Caribbean in the form of a skeleton on the beach and ...
what surprises me the most aboyt the CBJ refurb is A: "Fractured Folk Song"
was cit instead of "Mama Don'T Whip Little Bufoord" abnd that even though
the overall goal was to shorten the show , the long intro to "If You Can't
Bite Don't Growl" was left intact.
Photo Finds: Pirate's Adventure interactive game - Maps and More - May 13, 2013
Disney's Magic Kingdom has begun testing (not every day, and not all day) a new interactive game much like the Agent P adventure in Epcot, but using paper ...
The couple you mentioned at 7:10 looks like either they are paid mock
Disney characters, which are hired by a third party, for taking pictures of
guest for a fee. Unless, they are just visitors that are not aware of
Disney's dress codes, in regards to characters look alike, cause even the
older crowds wants to look like a princess. Disney does not mind children
dressing like Cinderella or Snow White. However that may not be the case
with the bigger ones.
The flies appeared out of nowhere about a week and a half ago. They swarm
all over the strollers next to The Lunching Pad, and I'm sure elsewhere as
well. Hope they go away soon.
Photo Finds: A Pirate's Adventure and Adventurers Outpost - A closer look - Aug. 5, 2013
This week we linger on two recent additions (one in Magic Kingdom, one in Disney's Animal Kingdom) that we've covered originally but didn't bring complete ...
One thing that bugs me all the time When I try to watch a show at Disney or
any Parks liked Six Flags Dads put there kids on their shoulders and
everyone cant see I hate that so much I wish that Disney/Six Flags parks
make some rules about that it not fair to everyone who Trying to see the
show....
I hope one day I can go to Disney WHEN NOTHING IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR
BEING RENOVATED. But on the flipside I'm glad Disney cares enough to
constantly make sure the parks are at their best. I just would like the
dust to settle a bit for once, ya feel me?
Great PhotoFinds this week, Kevin. I especially loved the details you
showed inside the Adventurer's Outpost M&G (mostly because it means I don't
have to wait 30 minutes to meet M&M just to see those details for myself.
:-P)
We critique and edit user submitted photos from Walt Disney World. This video walks you through editing Disney World photos using advanced Photoshop ...
This one was already head and shoulders a more complete critique/walk
through tutorial. Definitely the best part is your use of a wide array of
tools not only to adjust but also to make selections for your adjustments.
I still would like a little more pointed effort in some parts of your use
describing in a little more detail why the changes help the image. I think
what it will do is give the viewer a better idea of what you are trying to
achieve versus the viewer just making the exact same adjustments. It gets
them to visualize the output a bit more, if that makes sense. You sweep
over some quickly that actually help make a dramatic improvement even if
for example they may only be a small change. You did a lot better this time
though. Baby steps lead to giant leaps in improvements. Keep it up!
Thanks for the tips-I didn't even think about the need to shoot in raw for
editing purposes.
Too bad I won't be able to recreate my shoot though, it was taken in the
old Swan Boat dock in the rose garden.
Thanks for watching Suzanne. You can still making something great with your old photos shot in JPG. We just wanted to get the message out there that if you have the capability to shoot RAW to make sure you are doing so going forward. I'd love to see the photo of the rose garden!
