I think it is much easier to wack the bottom of the lettuce on the counter,
and rip it out; Then try to pull out from the center.. not one layer at a
time, but several at a time, in bunches and then separate them, starting
from the inside and working out.. keeps you from ripping the leaves.

I could probably use this sauce on everything! Thanks for the idea. I
should cut soy out of my diet too! I've been vegan for 4 months now, I
flavor almost every meal with tamari. It's gonna be hard cutting it out but
maybe I can replace with this sauce because coconut aminos by itself is too
flavorless for me. Anyways, more cooking videos please :) I love your
cooking videos!
