I believe that I'm one of the first to hear this mystery boom, it was Dec, 2007, I had just walked in from taking my 4 year old to the dentist. Kinda funny but I was on the toilet and I lived in Trumbull, CT at the time,...I heard a loud boom and I was in the basement, I felt the whole house shake!!! I called up to my cousin who came down from the 3rd floor, she said, did you feel that?!!! I stated yeah!!! I had no idea what this could be, I was terrified, I never felt anything like it!!! I then decided to take a strategic look outside to make sure, no body was hurt or anything,...I see black cars as first responders, which I found kinda weird since we were right off the highway, and state and local police frequent this park n ride, so I looked out the back of my yard, they proceeded to shut down the area, and had all forms of govt on the scene, what I found funny was there were no articles or news involved, and since we were the only black family on the block, u guessed it, we became suspect #1 as they followed us with drones, I had fear for my family, and was careful as I became suspect due to a natural phenomenon. -A Concerned Father First.
